• Assist the Campus Recruiting Lead with managing the full life cycle recruiting process for all open entry level and summer internship positions on our client service, sales, survey, data, and engineering departments across the US offices.
• Actively source and screen candidates for our entry level and internship positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with college career services departments, faculty, staff, and student organizations on campus
• Anticipate and understand the talent needs of the organization and develop an active candidate pipeline
• Flexibility to travel up to 15-20%, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. (Campus Recruiting Season September through March)

• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of campus recruiting experience.
• Demonstrate a strong capacity for successfully working with high volume recruitment
• Proven excellence in managing large scale campus and internal events with multiple stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and motivation to stay abreast of emerging market and campus recruiting hiring trends
